👋What are our wishes?

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience designing user-centered digital experiences for complex web, mobile, and enterprise applications. This role covers user research, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI design, usability testing, and design documentation, and involves close collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

This opportunity is open exclusively to candidates based outside the Philippines with a 1-year project engagement and alignment to Manila business hours.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional UI/UX Design experience with a strong portfolio.

  • Proven experience designing mobile applications or mobile-first experiences for iOS and/or Android.

  • Strong experience in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, usability testing, and user-centered design.

  • Experience designing enterprise applications, preferably in operations, procurement, financial management, or similar business environments.

  • Strong understanding of accessibility, cross-platform design, Agile, and SDLC.

  • Experience or knowledge of product/platform governance.

  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, testing/QA, and software development processes.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Employee Center, GenAI, and Process Mining is an advantage.

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve digital experiences.

  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and similar tools.

  • Design responsive, mobile-first, and accessible web and mobile experiences across different platforms and screen sizes.

  • Develop high-fidelity UI designs aligned with design systems, branding, and usability standards.

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business objectives.

  • Present design concepts and prototypes and incorporate stakeholder and user feedback.

  • Prepare design specifications, style guides, user flows, and handoff documentation.

  • Provide design support throughout development and implementation.

  • Contribute to digital product governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Setup: Remote
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time (must align with the client's business calendar and holidays)
Employment Type: Project-based (1-year project engagement, subject to extension)
